You can experience both in Koli Relax Spa’s pools.  Experience a rainstorm in the Caribbean or revel in cool oceanic mists that burst upon your face – the showers will transport you to exotic destinations and leave your skin tingling.  There are also three beautiful saunas on offer (the hottest being a traditional Finnish sauna) to complete your journey into pampered bliss. 
 
As Koli Relax Spa serves to pamper all the senses, guests may bring along refreshments from Café Kahpista or order them from the Relax Room, where complimentary tea and fruits are also on offer.  You can also compliment your spa regime with soothing massages or beauty treatments.  Each guest of the spa is also presented with a personal Koli Spa Pail, containing five Lumene skincare products.  Designed for both men and women, this pail includes a salt crystal foot scrub, stimulating body scrub, detoxifying mask, repairing hand treatment and moisturising body lotion, to make sure that you look as good on the outside as you feel on the inside.

The five regimes at Koli Relax Spa have been carefully designed to ensure guests get the most out of the spa’s bespoke treatment options.
 
Refreshing– Wake up your mind and body in the cool waters of the cold plunge pool or under the Kolin Kuohu shower.  Take a dip in the outdoor tub and let the scenery charge your mind inspiration and energy.
 
Rejuvenating– Luxurious showers take you on a sensual journey to the rainforest, misty mountains and tropical storms – a truly rehydrating experience!  Finish off with a facial mask or hand infusion in the sauna.
 
Revitalising– Strengthen your mind in the cold pool, counting slowly to 40.  Switch to the hot tub or the lights & music pool before repeating three times to feel the invigorating effects of cold and hot waters.  A sauna and a good steak in ‘Restaurant Grill It!’ is followed by a night in Library Bar Hiekkapakka – you'll feel brand new in no time!
 
Relaxing– Release the tensions in your mind and body; enjoy music from underwater speakers, as well as the sauna, hot tub and the tub with a view.   Take a moment to relax on the heat bed and just enjoy the scenery and complimentary tea and fruit.
 
Restoring– Get the best effect of cross-country or downhill skiing or hiking by tending your muscles at the Koli Relax Spa.  Alternating cold and hot baths revitalise the whole body, whilst a footbath makes the feet as good as new.  Massages are also available as an additional service.
