International Mining & Infrastructure Corporation plc Acquires Afferro Mining Inc

International Mining & Infrastructure Corporation plc (AIM: IMIC), the company focused on unlocking the value of African iron ore through infrastructure development and investments in junior miners, is pleased to announce that the court order for the acquisition of Afferro Mining Inc, ("the Acquisition") has now been filed in British Columbia, Canada and the acquisition will become effective at 8.a.m (GMT) today.
 
As the acquisition constitutes a reverse takeover of IMIC under the AIM Rules for Companies, IMIC has applied to be readmitted to trading on AIM and has made an application for the New Ordinary Shares to be issued on closing to be admitted to trading on AIM.  Admission is anticipated to occur at 8:00am (GMT) this morning.
