RWS Holdings plc, a world leading provider of intellectual property support services (patent translations, international patent filing solutions and searches), commercial translations and linguistic validation, is pleased to announce that completion of its acquisition of Moravia has occurred, details of which were announced on 18 October 2017.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the meanings as set out in the announcement on 18 October 2017 relating to the then proposed acquisition.
