The best way to enjoy a spectacular panorama of Victoria Harbor is to ride the star ferry.  Since 1888, it has been used to carry passengers from Hong Kong Harbor to Kowloon. The shortest trip costs only $0.25 and it lasts 7 minutes. In the evening, you can see a lightshow from the ferry.

Eat Dim Sum

Dim Sum means touch your heart and it refers to a plate of bite-size dishes. These Chinese “tapas” are cooked in bamboo baskets. Local restaurants offer an amazing variety of dishes to choose from; shrimp dumplings, rice porridge (congee) and spring rolls are only few among 40 different dishes. We recommend enjoying Dim Sum in a large group as you can order and try more varieties. There is also an opportunity to go to half-day Dim Sum cooking class tour to understand better the Chinese cooking culture.
