Richard Scott is a Partner in Howells Solicitors who have 6 regional offices based in South Wales.

Richard has over 10 years experience in his chosen field of family law and is mentioned in the Legal 500 as well regarded for cases involving substantial assets, including offshore trusts.

Howells are the only Welsh firm of Solicitors to be recommended by the South Wales and Gwent Police Federations to represent Police Officers in divorce cases. Richard heads up this team and due to his vast expertise in Police Pensions and Financial Splits, a large proportion of his work is from long serving Police Officers going through a marriage breakdown and divorce.
