Vincent Chang is the head of KPMG Transaction Services team and is also the head of Private Equity Services team.  Since joining KPMG Taiwan in 2000, Vincent has advised clients over 400 M&A and investment deals, both in Taiwan and cross-broader.  Vincent's key sectors of focus include financial services, manufacturing, and service/retail industries.  Prior to joining KPMG Taiwan, Vincent worked in a Chartered Accountancy firm in Australia for 5 years where he was educated and obtained most of his qualifications.
