Nyreen has been practising since 2001 and has developed a breadth of expertise in many aspects of corporate, commercial and private client work. She has advised many large corporate groups in relation to their tax restructuring and financing arrangements. She has leveraged this knowledge to advise private clients on the most appropriate structuring of their arrangements particularly when this has involved the use of trusts.

Nyreen is a registered Trust and Estates Practitioner with the recognised Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners and has advised extensively on non contentious trust matters including trust arrangements encompassing large business portfolios and small private arrangements involving elements of tax and succession planning.

Most notably, Nyreen has developed expertise in the thriving gaming industry and very regularly advises some of the largest gambling operators in Gibraltar in relation to many aspects of their business and in respect of their regulatory matters. She also formed part of the team who assisted with the floatation on the London Stock Exchange of one of the Gibraltar licensed gambling operators.

Nyreen also has experience advising on pensions matters and assists pensions trustees and administrators in relation to their pension arrangements. Nyreen is an honours graduate in English and Spanish Law from the University of Kent, England and also studied at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales and Gibraltar in 2001.
