Ivan is an experienced technology lawyer and is Head of the IP & Technology practice area in A&L Goodbody’s Belfast office. Ivan specialises in technology, intellectual property and commercial law. Ivan has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients on technology transactions and commercial contracts (including the commercialisation of assets, IP licensing agreements and IT procurement and outsourcing) as well as telecoms, media, e-commerce, and data protection issues.
