Con Chapman is a partner at Burns & Levinson LLP in Boston.  He has 35 years’ experience representing banks in a variety of regulatory matters and credit transactions, including: compliance with state and federal banking laws in both consumer, corporate and commercial matters; asset-based loans and unsecured credit facilities; letter of credit and banker’s acceptance financings; tax-exempt revenue bonds; and interest rate swaps and derivatives.  He regularly represents borrowers and lenders in loans, debt restructurings, workouts and insolvencies, and has prepared standard form loan and letter of credit documentation for a number of commercial banks.   He also represents non-bank financial institutions in lending and consumer credit matters.
