Bela Deri has been practicing law since 1985. His areas of expertise cover banking and securities law, international trade law, commercial and corporate law, double tax laws, arbitration and litigation, tax law.  He was involved in more than hundred M&A transactions (including due diligence), several dozen project finance and capital market transactions and cross border tax schemes. As a local counsel he worked with leading UK, US and German law firms and cooperated closely with auditing firms.
