Gülperi Yörüker focuses her practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, finance and project finance, joint ventures, corporate governance and international contracts.

She has represented clients in a wide variety of complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, the formation of strategic partnerships and joint ventures, private equity transactions, and the establishment of new companies and businesses covering a broad spectrum of industries. In addition, she advises on general commercial matters, including sale, purchase and lease arrangements, distribution and franchising contracts; and technology transfer, licensing, trademark and copyright matters as well as employment law and antitrust law.

She has been involved in various notifications on behalf of important foreign and local legal entities concerning competition law matters and Competition Board investigations.

She also has experience in sovereign state and investor arbitrations under ICSID and UNCITRAL rules.

She is a graduate of the Istanbul University, Faculty of Law and is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. She has an LLM degree from the American University Washington College of Law in International Legal Studies.
