Alain Kinsch is the Country Managing Partner for Ernst & Young in Luxembourg. Alain has been active as an advisory and auditor to the Private Equity industry for the last 15 years and he led the set-up of the EY Luxembourg Private Equity practice between 2004 and 2012 that now counts over 150 professionals dedicted to Private Equity. Today Alain leads the Private Equity fund practice for EY in EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India, Africa). Alain Kinsch is the co-chairman of the ALFI Private Equity Committee, the Vice-President of the LPEA (Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association), a member of several committes of the Luxembourg financial services regulator (CSSF). Alain holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, an MsC and BsC from the University of Paris-Dauphine and is a Réviseur d’Entreprises (CPA) in Luxembourg.
