Søren Stæhr is highly experienced in advising on the structuring and organization of national and international trade, including choice of trade and distribution method and the drafting and negotiation of all kinds of commercial agreements. Furthermore, he has to a wide extent assisted with all aspects of the establishment of and implementation of project deliveries, primarily in connection with international construction work/turn-key projects. Søren Stæhr is highly experienced within the area of product liability and product recall, and has assisted both Danish and foreign clients in disputes and has therefore obtained great experience in preparing and conducting legal proceedings and arbitration in Denmark and internationally, particularly within the area of product liability and product recall.
