Pascal Wilhelm founded the firm in 1995, with the aim of offering specialist legal services in carefully selected niche areas. He is particularly recognized for the Media (advertising and communication law) and Competition / Distribution practices. He also has extensive experience in handling complex financial disputes and corporate litigation. He represents numerous well-known clients, domestic and foreign, in media and retail sectors. For the 7th year in a row, he’s teaching communication law in a Master 2 of Marketing and Communication in the University of Paris Dauphine. He’s also the author or co-author of a large number of articles on communication law, competition law and regulatory law.
