Goldfine represents corporate and individual clients with respect to white collar crime defense matters, government investigations and internal investigations as well as related commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts throughout the United States and before a variety of federal and state investigative agencies, including the Antitrust Division, United States Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, United States Attorney’s Offices, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Attorneys General of more than 18 states.  Mr. Goldfine heads the government and internal investigations practice area for Snell & Wilmer, a 400+ lawyer firm headquartered in the southwestern United States.
