Kavita qualified with the firm in 2001, and now heads up the firm's corporate finance team in our corporate group having been made partner in 2007. 

Her specialism is private equity and corporate finance transactions, including the establishment of investment funds, public and private fund raisings, venture capital and private equity investments and takeovers, mergers and reconstructions. Kavita is a structuring specialist, in particular in relation to VCT/EIS fundraisings and private equity investments.

A natural, entrepreneurial and clever dealmaker, Kavita prides herself on driving matters forward with a goal driven project management approach coupled with superb drafting skills.

Described in Chambers as a 'client favourite' and named as the 'rainmaker of the team', Kavita has secured increased levels of work from London.

Kavita sits on both the VCT Forum and VCT Technical Committee of the AIC and is a member of the EIS Association.
