Evangelos Lakatzis joined A.S. Papadimitriou & Partners  in 2004, having already significant experience in the South Eastern Europe region, both as a legal counsel and as an EU PHARE Programs legal expert. Evangelos has advised in numerous M&A deals and other cross border transactions, representing mainly venture capital firms, private equity funds and strategic or private investors. He is also acting as legal advisor to the Hellenic Venture Capital & Private Equity Association in respect of its institutional and scientific activities, including the participation to legislative committees and has participated as speaker in several conferences and fora. Evangelos is also a certified mediator.
