Gavin advises on a broad range of IP rights and has a particular interest in contentious brand and design matters.  His experience covers copyright, design rights, trade marks, passing off, database rights, domain names, image rights and privacy.  He provides strategic advice on the use, protection and exploitation of IP rights, through to their enforcement in Court proceedings.   Gavin also advises on the commercial aspects of IP, such as licences and assignments of IP rights and the IP aspects of corporate transactions.
