Mr. Lee is currently a partner at Formosan Brothers; he obtained both his L.L.M. and J.D. degrees from Washington University in St. Louis (U.S.A.) and admitted to the New York State Bar. Mr. Lee has extensive experience in the fields of civil and commercial law, arbitration, risk assessment and management, contract drafting public construction, corporate, mergers & acquisitions, foreign investment and business, international trade and commerce, transnational practice, international negotiation.
