Casey Pipes is a lawyer with the Helmsing, Leach, Herlong, Newman & Rouse firm in Mobile, Alabama (www.helmsinglaw.com).  Casey represents landowners and condemning agencies in condemnation actions throughout Alabama.  Casey is currently the Chair of the American Bar Association, Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate’s Condemnation Committee, and he is the former Chair of the American Bar Association, Section of Litigation’s Condemnation, Zoning and Land Use Committee.  In 2013, Casey was admitted into the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE.org) which is a worldwide group of real estate professionals recognized for providing real estate counseling services.  Casey is also a member of the International Right of Way Association (Chapter 24), the Alabama Association of Municipal Attorneys, and the Petroleum and Convenience Marketers of Alabama.
