Vishnu’s practice spans advising clients across different verticals being Energy (Power); Communications (Telecommunication & Broadcasting); Surface Transport (Railways, Metro systems and Highways); Public Procurement laws including public-private partnerships; Social / Developmental projects (education, intra-city transport systems, health care) and Municipal Infrastructure (Water, Sanitation, Waste Management). In these verticals, he advises clients on -

• Commercial arrangement(s) in the infrastructure space including advising on project development agreements.
• Structuring PPP transactions, infrastructure projects and on regulatory issues in the infrastructure space. Vishnu has anchored the structuring of the first sub-sovereign lending by a multilateral financial institution to a city in India, as also the first few marquee PPP projects in unviable sectors like rural infrastructure, health and education.

Vishnu’s clients include multinational investment funds; Governments and governmental entities; regulators; Indian Corporate in their domestic and outbound businesses; Foreign entities investing in India; and Developmental Financial Institutions.
