Catherine Pawluch is a partner of Davis LLP, with more than 25 years’ experience specializing in transportation and competition (antitrust) law. She advises every type of participant in international supply chains, including airlines and other cargo carriers, shippers, freight forwarders, third-party logistics providers and warehouse operators. She assists U.S., Chinese, Japanese and other international clients with regulatory, transactional, contractual and contentious matters involving transport law.  She also advises extensively on competition and foreign investment law matters, including merger control reviews.

For several years, the prestigious Chambers Global, Who’s Who Guide to the World’s Leading Aviation Lawyers and Best Lawyers in Canada have recognized Catherine as one of the leading lawyers in the field of aviation and transport law. Catherine served as President of the Canadian Transport Lawyers’ Association and the U.S. Transportation Lawyers Association, the only person to have served at the helm of both of these leading transport bar associations.
