Chris Wormald is Head of Franchising at Field Fisher Waterhouse. Originally a City international tax lawyer he specialises in re-engineering and internationalising brands of all sizes and in all commercial sectors and advising on network issues. His 30 years' experience in the sector started with 10 years as VP and European GC at McDonald's EMEA before running Eversheds' franchising law practice for 10 years. Along with Martin Mendelsohn, he was the first of only two non-US lawyers to be rated in Who's Who Legal "top 10 global" specialists list. Consistently rated as a leader in franchising by the legal directories, he is also Head of Retail and F+B at FFW and a director of FFW Consultancy.
