Kate is a partner in Stephen Scown’s rural services and renewables team and specialises in non-contentious agricultural and rural matters including sales and purchases, partnerships, tenancies, contract farming, sporting rights and entitlements. She also advises land owners on renewable energy projects. Kate qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and is a Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association and a member of the Country Landowners Association.  Kate has drawn on the expertise of colleagues Catherine Mathew from the dispute resolution team, David Culshaw from the corporate team and IP specialist Tom Moore to prepare responses for the round table.
