Steef Huibregtse is the founding member and global partner of Transfer Pricing Associates. Mr. Huibregtse has more than 25 years of experience in the area of international tax and transfer pricing consulting, and has been a leading transfer pricing partner with a wide reputation in the area of transfer pricing strategy, risk management, design, documentation and implementation services.

His expertise covers more than 50 countries and a wide variety of industry, including telecommunications, automotive, fast moving consumer goods, financial services, pulp & paper, pharma and biotech, medical devices, oil & gas, publishing, retail and licensing.

Huibregtse’s previous experiences include PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, where he worked as a transfer pricing partner on global and regional projects. He has been a member of the Business Advisory Group to the OECD’s Joint Working Group on business restructuring and is involved in multiple transfer pricing policy matters with governments and OECD.

Huibregtse’s proven track record includes the development of Global Transfer Pricing Control Framework Toolbox, involvement in more than 2,000 regional and global transfer pricing studies, development of a Global Benchmark Platform, and development of a global portal for intangibles.
