Taiwo’s primary areas of practice are natural resources, power and project finance. She acts as transactional solicitor to several multinational and national clientele on concession acquisitions, title rights, divestitures and farm-in transactions and also advises on oil and gas, power and the mining legal and regulatory regime in Nigeria. She advises on financing and security structures and is actively involved in negotiating business structures and drafting transaction agreements and the conduct of due diligence exercises.
