Alexander Ehlers provides players of the health care system with comprehensive advice on all legal and strategic matters, in particular national and international pharmaceutical companies and manufacturers of medical devices. The counselling comprises all questions relating to health policy and social law as well as issues of reimbursement of expenses for medical services and drugs/medical devices. Moreover, Alexander Ehlers advises companies on regulatory matters. His field of activities furthermore comprises the counselling of medical service providers in the out- patient and in-patient sectors (awarded with the German Medical-Law Prize 2002). Owing to his many years of work in the German health care system, Alexander Ehlers disposes of outstanding contacts with relevant decision-makers, which is regularly used by clients within the scope of public policy advisory.
