Before establishing Wintell & Co in 2006, he had worked with a shipping company, and later a shipping law firm based in Shanghai from 1999 and became a partner from 2004.
Now, he heads the Maritime Law Commission of the Ninth All China Lawyers Association with his extensive knowledge and experience in shipping and insurance.
He appreciates business interests of clients and has successfully handled many comprehensive disputes and litigations by excellent ability in communication.
