Mr.Sachkov is a Certified Project Management Professional by PMI® and Certified Outsourcing Professional by IAOP® - the leading professional association for organizations and individuals involved in transforming the world of business through outsourcing.

Mr.Sachkov is an experienced Service Executive, being more than 15 years within IT industry and Business Services. For the past 10 years he was mainly with Strategic Outsourcing, working for IBM and HP as a Country Delivery Manager, Delivery Project Executive and T&T Project Manager. He has extensive experience in managing Global Outsourcing Agreements from Provider and from Client side.

Mr.Sachkov earned a Master of Science in Petrol Geology from the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas in 1999, and an Executive MBA from University of Antwerp Management School in 2008.
