Richard advises on all aspects of employment law, from recruitment to termination and post-termination issues. His experience encompasses the full range of employment issues from drafting executive service agreements to advising on complex employee relations issues, remuneration and bonuses, discrimination, TUPE and dismissals. He also advises on drafting and enforcing restrictive covenants, team moves and breaches of contract. He has extensive advocacy experience in both employment tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. Richard regularly advises in relation to the law of LLPs and partnership.
His clients include employers, partnerships and LLPs and, for individuals, senior executives, partners, and members of LLPs, both in the UK and internationally, across a wide range of sectors including financial services, professional and business services, recruitment, publishing, software and IT.
