Riccardo Rossotto is Senior Partner of R&P Legal, an Italian law firm with around 100 lawyers in five different offices.

Riccardo has always dealt with matters concerning national and international M&A, assisting Italian companies during their internationalization and foreign companies investing in Italy or the EU.

Riccardo has participated in many international workgroups with the goal of harmonizing business law in different jurisdictions, particularly the emerging countries (China, India, Brazil and Indonesia).

He has written many articles for Italian newspapers about this kind of matter.

The five year partnership with UK law firm Hammonds/SSD was an important factor in his growth of skill and competence in international business law.
