Rasmus Kristian Feldthusen is a full professor in commercial law at the University of Copenhagen, Faculty of Law. Professor Feldthusen has done extensive research in both national and international succession & estate planning, involving trusts and foundations.
Academic Details
Ph.D.-thesis on the subject of fideicommissa and published the first and only book in Scandinavia on Trusts. At the moment professor Feldthusen is doing research on the law of foundations (philanthropic as well as commercial foundations). Professor Feldthusen is a member of the Executive Council of the International Academy of Trust and Estate Law.
