Specialized in Distribution and Franchising, national and international Mergers and Acquisitions, large investments projects, public take-over bids, joint ventures, project and corporate finance.

He has a degree in Law from the University of Madrid, Master in Tax Law and Master in Business Law.  He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, International Bar Association, American Bar Association and Union Internationale des Avocats. He is President and co-founder of the Canada Spain chamber of Commerce, Vice Chairman  of the BIAC (OECD) Committee on multinational enterprises on behalf of the Spanish National Entrepreneurs Federation (CEOE) and Honorary President of the UK-Canada Chamber of Commerce in London.

He has been Director and Secretary to the board in listed and private companies.

He frequently participates as speaker in M&A and Distribution and Franchising conferences.
