He is a patent litigator, known in the market for his skill in handling complex, multinational disputes, many of them in the pharmaceuticals, biotech and medical devices sectors.

Outside patent litigation, he handles a range of other IP litigation and helps clients with transactional work.

Justin is qualified both as a lawyer and a chartered engineer.
