Mr. Baumgartner is a Member of the firm’s Insurance Law and Insurance Litigation practice groups.  For more than 20 years, he has litigated insurance coverage, professional liability, environmental, and commercial disputes.  He is a highly experienced legal executive with a significant record of achievement in private and corporate legal practice, including corporate compliance, risk management, treasury and finance, national litigation management, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, political law and lobbying, and corporate and crisis communications.  Mr. Baumgartner is graduate of Rutgers University (B.A. 1980), Seton Hall University (J.D. 1990) and Centenary College (M.B.A. 2005).
