Tom Flaherty is a Senior Vice President and member of Booz & Company’s Energy, Chemical & Utilities Practice.  He has more than 39 years of experience in a wide range of consulting areas related to strategy development, corporate growth, organizational restructuring, business transformation, capital allocation and, regulatory strategy and assistance.

He has been involved in the majority of the power and gas mergers in the United States, as well as, a number of cross-border transactions involving companies in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and, New Zealand. He has also worked with a number of utilities on the development of corporate business strategy, including segment participation, growth initiatives and market entry.
