Ross P. Lanzafame, Esq. counsels clients regarding business, corporate and government regulatory matters, and represents clients before governmental agencies, bodies, boards and commissions.  He advises clients on federal and state regulations governing healthcare facility operation, financing, medical records and data confidentiality, HIPAA, fraud & abuse, Stark/mini-Stark compliance, and Medicare and Medicaid regulatory issues, as well as corporate governance and governance structure.  Prior to earning his law degree, Ross managed the neonatal intensive care unit and all surgical units at a major area hospital for four years.  Ross is currently Past Chair of the American Lung Association National Board of Directors.
