Anne Tilleux focuses on a wide variety of corporate works, including merger and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate governance matters. She also regularly assists clients in connection with securities, financial law and real estate law.
She received her law degree magna cum laude from the University of Louvain (Université Catholique de Louvain, UCL) in 1995. She subsequently obtained a post-graduate degree in business law magna cum laude from that same university in 1996. She received an LL.M from Louisiana State University in 1997, in which year she was also called to the Brussels Bar.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh in 2003, she worked for five years with a US law firm in Brussels and Minneapolis.
Anne frequently publishes and speaks on selected topics of corporate law and corporate governance.
Anne is also member of various professional associations such as FCE (Femmes Chefs d'Entreprises), ECGI (European Corporate Governance Institute) and Guberna (Institut des Administrateurs).
