Joshua B. Nickerson represents clients in the acquisition, development and financing of energy, infrastructure and sports-related assets.  He has extensive experience negotiating the full range of contracts for these transactions, including concession agreements, stock and asset purchase and sale agreements, credit agreements, construction contracts, power purchase agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, and other related agreements.  Mr. Nickerson represents clients across a broad range of assets and services in the energy sector, including solar, wind, waste-to-energy, natural gas, combined heat and power, coal, nuclear, refinery services and power marketing. He also represents clients in public-private partnership transactions involving toll roads, airports and other assets.
