Mr. Levy's practice involves regulatory compliance, transactional due diligence, litigation and enforcement-related matters. Mr. Levy regularly counsels clients on various aspects of federal and state environmental laws in connection with mergers and acquisitions and day-to-day operations, including emerging issues related to climate change and the potential regulation of carbon.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Levy served as a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
