Ty Cobb is a partner in the Washington, DC office of Hogan Lovells where he is a long-standing leader in the Hogan Lovells' practices involving white-collar criminal litigation, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement, Congressional investigations and hearings, and related complex civil litigation.

Ty, a former federal prosecutor, is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and is annually profiled in Best Lawyers in America, Who's Who in the World, Who's Who Legal: Business Crime, DC Super Lawyers and Chambers. In December 2013, he was again recognized by Lawdragon as one of the "500 leading lawyers in America". In 2011, Ty was inducted into the Ethisphere Hall of Fame which then had only 10 members, and which recognizes attorneys who have made lasting contributions to the advancement of corporate ethics and compliance.
