If you are looking for a business location that offers the convenience of being close to London, superb transport links with the rest of the country as well as international airports and the charm of the Surrey countryside, look no further than Weybridge.

Transport connections
Situated just 28 miles from London on one of Britain's best railway routes, Weybridge boasts a number of business parks and is the British headquarters of Toshiba, Sony Corporation, BAE System, Mercedes Benz, Samsung and Alliance Boots among other companies. Heathrow Airport is just a 15 minute drive away while along the M25 motorway while Gatwick Airport is just 45 minutes along the M23 motorway. Southampton Airport Parkway is about 60 miles away along the M3 motorway, an hour's drive in average conditions or accessible by trains from London that stop at Weguests.

Fast trains to London leave Weybridge railway station every 30 minutes while slower trains up and down the line arrive every 10 minutes. Change trains at Woking five minutes down the line to catch connections to Southampton, Bournemouth, Basingstoke, Guildford, Winchester, Salisbury and Exeter.

Local business parks
When it comes to locations for offices, Weybridge Surrey is served by a large number of business parks of which Regus, Brooklands and Bourne Business Parks are just a few. These make for a very pleasant working environment for employees with easy transport links to residential areas around the region.

This area is pleasant for short walks at lunchtime. There is a walkway here along the Thames riverside and the whole area is surrounded by a 60-acre country park. Walk down the river path to Walton-on-Thames and across the Thames Bridge to Shepperton, Virginia Water and onwards to Windsor.

Easy access
This is one of the best commuter locations in south east England making Weybridge one of the most prestigious and established business locations outside of London. Staff will be able to drive comfortably to work from different parts of Greater London or commute by well-served rain or bus routes. The surrounding areas are safe and free from the polluted atmosphere of major city centres.

Local history
The area also has a fascinating history with interesting places to visit during lunchtimes or after work.

The Brooklands Business Park has a long history. Its origin goes back to the time the Brooklands racing track was built. This was the first race track that was purpose built anywhere in the world. The year was 1907 and it became the home of British motorsports and aviation.

Walk around the old track and you will still see some of the old banked portions. There is also an aerodrome at the sire. During World War Two Wellington bombers were developed here while in the 1970s, engineers here worked on the design of the Concorde supersonic jetliner.

All of the major chain stores have outlets in central Weybridge and there are numerous restaurants and hotels to entertain business guests.
