Aegis Media's Isobar strengthens its position with the acquisition of pjure in Austria
Aegis Group plc ("Aegis"), one of the world's leading marketing communications and market research groups, today announces that it has acquired pjure, an Austrian-based digital creative agency. As at 31 December 2010, pjure had gross assets of €562k.
With its roots in online advertising and e-dialogue marketing, established in 2000, pjure, has since grown rapidly. Today pjure is one of the top flight Austrian digital creative agencies, successfully operating in the fields of digital marketing, dialogue/direct marketing and creative services. Pjure's clients include Maestro, MasterCard, Bahlsen, Allianz and Stiefelkönig. Following its acquisition pjure will become part of the Isobar network in Austria.
