Henderson Group plc ('Henderson Group') announces that it has acquired Horizon Investment Management France SAS ('Horizon'), a privately owned French property asset management business, with gross assets of €3 million. Horizon's property experience complements Henderson Group's expertise within retail property.
 
Founded in 1998, Horizon focuses on advising on asset management in the French real estate market and comprises a €250 million Luxembourg closed-ended real estate fund and a number of asset management contracts to manage 25 properties.
