NGS Acquires Executive Window Tinting

NGS — The nationwide leader in window film, graphics, and signage — acquired Executive Window Tinting on August 1st, 2020. Executive Window Tinting has served the DFW area since 2008 and is based in Arlington, Texas. Executive Window Tinting specialized in residential, commercial, decorative, and safety window film sales and service. The Executive Window Tinting brand will be absorbed into NGS over the coming months, and the former owner and founder, Adam Palmer, will work as a business development representative for the Arizona, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas markets.

Founded in 2009, NGS has grown approximately 30% year over year and made the INC 5000 fastest growing private companies list 2016, 2017 & 2018. NGS has also received the distinguished Top Dealer award from Window Film Magazine in 2018 and 2019, and was recognized as the 3M Large Market National Dealer of the year in 2019. NGS sells and installs window film, graphics, and signage for national companies and government entities. While this is its first acquisition, NGS plans to continue acquiring more local window film, graphics, and signage companies across the country.
