White & Case Advises the Senior Lenders on Financing the Acquisition of Stokomani by Sagard

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised BNP Paribas, LCL and Société Générale, as senior lenders, in relation to the financing of Sagard’s acquisition of Stokomani, a leading French discount retailer of high-end brands, from Advent International.

The senior debt package is worth €96 million. Stokomani’s turnover in 2011 was approximately €200 million.
