Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo (“LGS”) was formed in 1985 by its founding partners: Mr. Timbul Thomas Lubis, Mr. Mohamed Idwan Ganie and Mr. Arief Tarunakarya Surowidjojo. Since then, it has rapidly become one of Indonesia's largest and most dynamic law firms. In serving the best interest of its clients, LGS provides qualified human resources with the ability to continuously implement current development of laws and regulations. Lawyers at LGS are selected from outstanding students graduate from top national universities as well as reputable international universities, based on their remarkable reputations in academic and achievement at both national and international level. Following 2010 recruitment, and in line with the 2011 business plan, the number of lawyers at LGS for 2011 totals 101.
