We are highly experienced lawyers with a superior understanding of all aspects of offshore structuring gained over many years as partners in leading firms.  We have formed a new boutique law firm to provide a more relevant legal service with fully staffed offices in Grand Cayman and in Hong Kong.  We believe we are better placed to provide intensive and focused advice to simplify a broad range of offshore transactions.  We are small, flexible and cost effective and use our expertise to make all transactions straightforward and efficient from start to finish.

We offer both Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice from our Hong Kong office.
