A local firm of Chartered Accountants is celebrating winning yet another award, firmly propelling them onto the global stage.

John Harrison and Company, based on Carlton Road, Worksop has won the Corporate Livewire 2017 award for the provision of The Best Financial Management Services in the United Kingdom at the prestigious Award Ceremony at the Waldorf Hotel in London last week.

Corporate Livewire invited over 100,000 corporate professionals, the general public and their subscriber base to nominate associations, companies and individuals based on their achievements over the previous twelve months. Additionally, Corporate Livewire’s extensive research team put forward a selection of individuals who have excelled within their sector.

Roxana Moroianu of Corporate Livewire said: “Information was submitted on each nominee and their independent judging panel decided upon the most deserving teams, practices and individuals to walk away with one of these prestigious accolades. Award winners will gain a place in their soon-to-be published awards winners’ guide, which will be distributed to over 500,000 businesses and professionals around the world.”

They have created a powerful Financial Management System which provides a ‘back office’ finance department for owner managed businesses, supported by a network of service professionals working in every financial area that a business owner might need such as asset finance, commercial finance, business cost reduction, insurance, retirement planning and wealth management; commercial law, employment law and health and safety and so on.

The systems are so comprehensive and accurate that year end accounts and tax returns are free of charge to the users of the service.

John Harrison, founder of the accountancy firm said: “Our Financial Management Service is one of the most complete ones available. It provides bookkeeping and payroll, monthly financial reports and quarterly management accounts. It includes financial modelling to help our clients achieve the level of profits that they want and deals with credit control, invoicing and debt collecting; purchase invoice and payment processing; arranging the best insurance, utilities and telephone contracts and so much more.
