Kenneth Ross is a former partner and now Of Counsel to America’s premier product liability defense firm, Bowman and Brooke LLP.  Ken concentrates his practice in counselling in the areas of product safety, product liability prevention, and regulatory compliance.  He is a former in-house lawyer and has been providing such advice to manufacturers, product sellers, and insurance companies for over 30 years.  He also serves as an expert witness in litigation on behalf of manufacturers.  Ken has written dozens of articles in this area, many of which can be found at his website, www.productliabilityprevention.com.
